Kadeem is someone else I discovered when a reel randomly showed up in my social media feed. I was immediately transfixed. His ballet is fluid and lovely to watch, and seeing a man in a tutu and pointe shoes dancing through various parts of Europe just makes my heart soar and brings me so much joy.
He often captions his videos “sharing my ballet until it reaches the right audience.” I was definitely one of those it was meant to reach. He knows he isn’t for everyone, but he also knows who he is, what he enjoys, and is unapolgetic about it.

Last month he independently produced a show in London that also had a livestream. I purchased one of the livestream tickets and watched the show with my kiddo, who currently studies ballet. Kadeem En Pointe is already working to put together another show with livestream at the end of this year to do the second part of the Nutcracker. I am excited to see it!

The joy he takes in his work is evident and contagious. I always find myself smiling as I watch the videos. Seeing people do what they love and share it with others is a huge part of why I wanted to start my appreciation garden website in the first place. I hope watching him dance brightens your day as much as it does mine.
